Property Search Tips and Tricks:
- When you see a “Quick Search box,” you Can Not Search by Subdivision (City, Zip or MLS # only). This applies to both the property search and the map search.
- When Searching by Retirement Community, use the “SUBDIVISION” Field for accurate results. Do not use Planned Community Name.
- For More Home Criteria click on “MORE CRITERIA” Link. Use the SCROLL BAR to see All Criteria.
- To UNSELECT CRITERIA in a drop down box, select "ANY TYPE".
- When Searching for Sun City, use both the “SUBDIVISION” and the “CITY” Fields. Both will be Sun City.
- When searching for Victory at Verrado, use “VERRADO VICTORY” as the Subdivision Name.
- Yes, you can search for Open Houses, Rentals and, Solds under "More Criteria".
